Project-wide Announcement
The stream in Wrike is fantastic for catching up on what's been happening, but it would be great if it was possible for administrators to put out project-wide updates/announcements to team members. Currently, this would be done through emails, but if we could have something that lands in the team's stream and their inbox it would be a far superior method of communication and keep people in the Wrike environment.
It's me again :) We have an @mentioning feature which I think might be help in this case (but please let me know if I'm misunderstanding what you're looking for).
You can @mention a group or your whole team and anyone who is part of that group/team would get a notification in their Inbox and could read about the announcement. Because @mentions are comments, they are also automatically added to a task's stream as well, and will be preserved there for you to be able to go back and review announcements later.
That seems to be a good way of doing it!
