    Hi Fabian, thanks for posting your suggestion here! Am I understanding correctly that you would like the ability to limit user rights on a Project/Folder basis? If that's the case, it's possible to do this with the help of Folder and Project Permissions, which can be set up from the sharing menu of each individual Project and Folder. This means that users can have different rights across the Workspace, depending on the required level of permissions for each individual Project. Is this what you were looking for?

    What would make this more useful if it was possible to administer at the user level.  There are some users who would never have the right to edit a date or delete a task or folder.  It's cumbersome and introduces risk having to do it manually for each folder/project.
