Represent time worked without tasks

Hello,

There are a couple people on my team that spend a roughly set amount of time per day on specific duties. Is there a way to allow this time working to show in reports, without having it be a task that they mark complete? They want credit for the work to show in these reports, but they'd prefer not to mark the tasks, as they're an every-day activity.

Thanks for your help,

Mahalia

Hello, Mahalia! The Time Tracking feature in Wrike is available directly in tasks at this time. And since Time Tracking Reports are tied to this feature, I think the best solution for a user is to simply add a backlogged task for all such daily duties, and track the time on this task every day. Keep the task active while the duties are in place. Make sure the task is shared with the user who needs to run the report.

The Timelog Report (in Reports section) filters entries based on when a time entry was added, not when the task was completed, so the report you run is quite accurate regardless of the task status or dates.
