How to schedule a video call with Wrike support?
Hello! You can click "Submit a Request" in the Help Center's upper right-hand corner and then check the box next to please give me a call. Someone from the team will reach out to you.
This is not correct, there is no option for support, for support you are referred to check out the support centre. So zero options to phone and chase a ticket which is poor.

I'd recommend checking out this article where we described all ways how you can reach out to our Support team. You can call Wrike support or request a callback - the number will be available in the Help Center’s header. These options are available on all paid subscriptions and during the trial period. Hi everyone,
I'm writing to express my frustration with Wrike's customer support. I've been trying to reach someone for hours, but it's impossible to speak to a real person. Not even a live chat with bots. Not even with the paid account.
I understand that you may be experiencing high call volumes, but this is unacceptable. A company like Wrike should have someone available 24 hours a day, given how many businesses rely on your platform.
I use Wrike to manage my team's projects. I'm currently working on a critical project, and I need to get in touch with support right away. But I'm unable to do so.
I'm really disappointed with Wrike's customer support. I'm hoping someone on this forum can help me. Does anyone know how to get in touch with Wrike support?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Option 1️⃣ – Use the Web Form to submit your query, this is available on all Wrike subscriptions. It's advised for you to be signed in so that we can identify and assist you.
Option 2️⃣ – Start a chat with Wrike support. Make sure you are signed in. The chat pop-up will appear shortly after logging on to the Help Center*
Option 3️⃣ – You can request a callback. Make sure you are signed in. Tick ‘call me instead of emailing’ on the Web Form, providing your number, callback time, and timezone.
