Duplicating subtasks under other tasks

 Hello,

 

I need to copy/paste subtasks from one task to a completely different tasks. Is there a way to do this? Please let me know asap. Thanks!

Hi Laura, there is no direct copy and paste function for Tasks. However, you can duplicate tasks which may be exactly what you're looking for. Give it a try and let me know how you get on. Thanks!

I would love to see this functionality as well.  I have a request form that submits as a task (if it submits as a project the naming convention is removed). Because we have it submitting as a task, we are not able to have it submit to a task template.  It would be great to be able to copy and paste the sub tasks for one into each as they are submitted. Instead I have to type it all out and add all of the dependencies back. Duplicate tasks does me no good since I can't select to add to another task, it just adds to the top level folder, which doesn't help.
