Default status
When we first started using Wrike, we had a default status of "Waiting On." We changed that to "Not Started" and set up our third status option in the workflow as "Waiting On."
When we create a new task in the mobile app or if we create a new task from "My Work," the default status still is getting set to "Waiting On." Every time we create a task in one of these areas, we have to take extra steps to move it to the beginning of the workflow. Can this be corrected?
Hi Mark! Happy to see the Support Team and our engineers already on this - looks like a pretty unique case. Thank you for sharing all of that info with us! As an update from my end, our engineers are still looking into what could be the cause of tasks being created with the previous custom status in your account.
