Search problem!

 Hello!

Why I can't see tasks what I have assigned to someone (one person) and what others have assigned to the same person. 

I tried to search from the main folder and I choose this "TO:" to one person and status was "ANY".

My coworker searched the same person tasks the same way like I did and with his account it worked but mine doesn't. Why is that?

What should I do?

Hi Merike! There are a few things that come to mind here:

  1. Please make sure that these tasks have been shared with you. To check this, you can ask the colleague who does see the tasks to have a look at whether you have access to this data.
  2. If you are searching from the root of the account, you may need to select the option "Show Subfolders" from the menu.

Let me know if this doesn't do the trick, I'll be happy to look into it further.

1. These tasks were created by me for another person whom I wanted to observe, what tasks have been assigned to him by me and others.
2. This one helped me to solve my problem.
