User problem

Good morning,

 
We added a new user to our Wrike. However she can't see the whole wrike and its different categories. She only has access to her own tasks. 
 
We looked at the parameters but couldn't find what doesn't work.

Hi Amanda! It sounds like the sharing settings need to be adjusted, so that she would be included into the sharing lists of Folders. To do this:

  1. Right-click on a Folder in the Folder tree.
  2. Select "Share".
  3. Add the new user and save the settings.
