Finding Tasks, Folders and Projects a user account had sole access to, before deleting acct

I see from the HELP docs when you delete a user from Wrike, one of the things that will happen is:

  • Tasks, Folders, and Projects which only the user had access to will be deleted.

...so how do I list out only those this account had access to, and no one else did?

Hi Scott, thanks for posting your question here! Since visibility of data in Wrike is based on sharing settings, there's no way to see private data from anywhere other than that user's account. In most cases, however, privately stored information is of value specifically to that user, and includes items such as notes, drafts, and personal to-do lists. If you think there are tasks or Folders which should be shared with the team, it's best to ask the user in question about this data prior to deleting them, or in some cases to log in to their account yourself. Please let me know if you have any other questions about this, I'll be happy to answer them!

Thanks, Anastasia.  I think it is common when software is purchased by an organization for its employees, for business use, all content created by employees using that software is considered "owned" by the organization. I believe many companies have this explicitly stated in their policies. I think it would be good for Wrike to offer Business and Enterprise accounts the option to allow specified system admins be able to view or modify _all_ Tasks, Folders and Projects. Failing to have that protection, an organization could be severely harmed by the proverbial "disgruntled employee" who might remove everyone but themselves from significant projects or folders, etc.

Scott, thank you for following up! This is an interesting idea. I wanted to let you know what we have a section for submitting Product Feedback on the Community, if you'd like to share that there so other users could vote for and comment on this suggestion too.
