Swapping Assignees

Is it possible to completely delete one assignee from all tasks they are on but swap them for another so you do not have to do this manually on all tasks?

Hey Allen! Thanks for posting this on the Community :) Sure thing, you can do this with the help of Mass Editing:

  1. Open a list of tasks and filter by assignee if necessary.
  2. Hover on the left side of a task name and check the box that appears.
  3. Click "Select all" at the top of the view.
  4. Choose the "Swap a user" option from the Mass Editing panel on the right.

Can you swap a user at a folder level?  I need to look at all projects within a parent folder swap assignee for multiple project tasks.
