Wrike & Google Sheets
Hi,
How can I export a Wrike report to a Google sheet and set it up so it will automatically refresh weekly?
Thanks,
Conor

Hi Conor, we have an option to export to Excel, but not directly to Google Sheets. I know it's not what you're looking for but right now one thing you could do is export to Excel, and then copy/paste the data to Google Sheets. In terms of automatic pushes from Wrike to Excel, we don't have that, but you could potentially set up tasks to remind you to export data.
I'm wondering if we can build a Report (within Wrike) to show the information you need? The data there would automatically refresh and you can schedule Report reminders to appear in your Inbox. To know if this is a potential option, could tell me a little more about the data you need to export and why?
If you like, we can also move this post to our Product Feedback section so that others can +1 the request?
I'm looking to actually do the same thing. I need to send a weekly report to another team member who does not use Wrike. It would be beneficial to utilize a weekly report to be pushed out or sent as an Excel Spreadsheet
or Google Sheet.
Dear WRIKE Team,
I'm also wondering if the export data from WRIKE to GSHEET / GSLIDE feature can be added to the WRIKE. We are working on linking our performance from WRIKE to a report in GSHEET, it would have been great if there was a way to make a report and directly link to a dashboard in GSHEET. (We don't want the option of exporting it in excel and then pasting it onto GSHEET, etc )
please let me know if you are currently working on it or do we look for another alternative.
Regards,
Sam
Hi, we are moving to Google Sheets, instead Excel, and is really necessary to have this feature, is in the pipeline?
If yes when?
Best Regards
António José
Any new concerning this subjet.
It´s crucial to my enterprise have this feature.

Upvoting this!!
We have a huge team of marketing & various "requesters" that don't have licenses (due to many factors, but seeing our internal team comments is the biggest one we want to keep locked away!)
I'd love to be able to share a list with our marketing team that they could filter to see where their jobs are up to without it being manual, we're currently handling 200-500 jobs per day in the team so any way to reduce the "can I see where this job is up to" messages to our traffic managers would be a huge help and free up quite a bit of our time.
Thanks
Holly
Also looking for this feature!
@Everyone Hey, thanks for sharing your use-cases here and commenting. Currently there's no update for this feature suggestion, but I'll make sure to get back to you of I have news.

Thank you! This would be a great feature! Most of the team status reports I do are linked to Google documents that I can automatically update my status report from them. With my Wrike gantt chart, it is a whole process to print the PDF, save it, open it back up and then I snip a pic of it.
It's not very user friendly.
thanks!
Late to the party here, but this may help some people.
We're using an integration service that supports both platforms successfully to automate our sprint reporting. https://www.integrationfox.com/wrike-to-google-sheets-integration/ (there is a caveat though, this is a paid tool)

I would LOVE to be able to export some subset of the Wrike table view for a specific project or folder to Google Sheets automatically!
My use case is mainly that I want to be able to hook up ticket status to product strategy diagrams in LucidChart! (So a direct LucidChart data source integration would also work as an alternative)
Hey Joe Marty, thanks for adding your use case and interest in this here, we've passed this on to the team 👍
If we have any news/updates to share here, we'll be sure to update the thread.

Hi all, was wrestling with this again and came across this Google Sheets add-on for API Connector from Mixed Analytics: https://gsuite.google.com/marketplace/app/api_connector/95804724197
Did a quick test using Wrike's API (built out the settings using Postman) and was able to pull in data to Google Sheets. Next, I need to refine the API request and then start working formatting magic in Google Sheets but seems promising. Seems pretty robust if you pay for the upgrade but even with the free tier, it should allow me to wrap up a few reports.
Thought to share in case its helpful to anyone.
Yep, this would be a really helpful feature. My team is currently using a google form to receive business requests from other teams we support. The form submissions populate a google sheet. We would very much like to be able to connect this google sheet to Wrike so that we can have new tasks added onto our board as our google form submissions come in.

Hey Wrike! This would be HUGE! Especially if we can pull in timesheets with the workload to track if the workload is matching the time being spent on projects!

Also adding to this thread. We use Google Sheets primarily so it would be really helpful to not have to engineer this solution myself and have Wrike directly integrate with Gsheets.

Is there any update on this integration? We use Google Sheets primarily and have tried integrating our reporting through Zapier unsuccessfully (no access to custom fields, among other limitations). Wrike Integrate is an aggressive pricing upgrade that requires all users to cost more, though the reporting isn't used by all users.
Hello Adam Berry, welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

Hello:
I would like to add my support to this idea as well. I see that there are a few paid 3rd party integrations like Zapier available. Since 3rd party software solutions are available, I assume it can be done. Please put this into the pipeline. For my team, this would be a huge help in integrating non-wrike users into our workflow.
Hi Jim DiGiovanni, welcome to the Community and thank you for adding your support here.
Hi there, I would also like this feature. I see it mentioned here https://www.wrike.com/apps/google-sheets/ but wondering if it requires a paid Unito account or if it is now integrated?
Thanks,
Erin
Hi Erin Lucas, welcome to the Community 👋
You're correct, this integration is part of the paid add-on powered by Unito. Please let me know if you'd like more info on that 👍
