Time reports subtotal by client

Hi Gary, thanks for reaching out here! Depending on how you organize client data, there could be different ways to achieve this. Could you let me know how clients are classified in your work structure (i.e. Folder tags, Custom Fields, assignees)? I'll be happy to help think of the best way to pull the data you mention, so looking forward to hearing from you!

We're relatively new users to wrike, so I'm not sure I'll state this all correctly. We have each client set up as a folder, and each project under that set up as projects and sub projects. I've attached a screen grab of the left column. I don't know anything about folder tags or custom fields.

Awesome to see you're turning to the Community for help with getting started, I wanted to let you know we're here to help and will gladly assist with any tips or best practices. As for the structure you have here, it looks like "Volvo Parts Marketing" is the client (this can be referred to and used as a Folder Tag), and in order to pull a Report for all Projects under there, there are a few things you can do: 

• The best option would be to generate a Report from a higher level Folder. For example, if all clients are under a "Clients" Folder, the Report can be generated from there to show totals for all clients.
• Open "Volvo Parts Marketing" from the Table View (enabling the "Time Spent" column from the gear icon). 
• View the Folder from the Timelog View.
