Email Integration
Hello,
My company uses the email integration of Wrike very often. Every email that is sent between clients and our team is threaded into the appropiate projects/folders/tasks.
I love this feature as everything is all in one place but I am project manager at my company and reading these threads can be very confusing. As I don't know if they are read from top to bottom or bottom to top, with the bottom being the most recent or vice versa. Some emails are sometimes scattered as well.
If there could be an update on this I think that would help everyone greatly. I think maybe setting colors for the emails, such as clients one color and my company another color. Even a numbering system just putting a small number in the upper corner explaining the thread of the emails.

Hi Brooke, welcome to the Community! First of all, thank you for sharing such a detailed request, this is really interesting. Just to make sure I understood the request correctly, I wanted to clarify whether you would like to see differentiation between senders in the task descriptions, or in the comments? You also mention that the emails are scattered, though they should come through in the same order they appeared in the original thread. Let me know if this isn't the case for you, I'll be happy to open up a Support ticket about this!

this section sounds very interesting to me! Is it possible to automatically color emails someone send to tasks? The tasks would be much clearer.
Hi Maurice, I am a huge proponent of all things organization related (naming conventions, color-coding, etc). There's no color coding available for Wrike emails (from Wrike's side), but you are able to color code Folders and Projects. Wanted to let you know in case that was interesting to you as well.
