[Status: Not planned] Integrate with Microsoft Flows
Microsoft Flows allows us to integrate triggers and actions with Office 365, sharepoint, exchnage etc. It would be good for Wrike to be available here. This might be easier given Wrikes integration already with Zapier.
Hi Tim Stehle, Philip McKay! Thanks a lot for sharing your feedback, I'm passing it to the Product team now.

I would agree that it is extremely limiting to not support Power Automate. Would very much appreciate this feature being added.
Hey Austin Hinners, thank you for adding your feedback here.
I've passed this on to the Product team. If you need anything else let me know 👍

Yes, this would be huge since both platforms develop extensively within our team and automation is key.
You really need to add support for this. We are at crossroads of picking wrike or building bespoke solution on MS Power platform. I don't want to use bespoke solution, but without integration with Flow, it is not clear if investing into Wrike for all the enterprise is the right decision.
Thank you for your feedback, Sandra Hundacker, Maxim Fridlyand!

Agree with everyone above. This really is a must. I'm not sure how limiting your audience and their use of the product is helpful for Wrike
Hi everyone! I'm happy to let you know that the Product team is now researching the possibility of working on this integration 🙂 I've changed the status here accordingly, and I'll let you know when I have more info 👍

Yay! This is great news! Sure it took 4 years for it to be considered by the product team, but if we can get Microsoft Flow integration added to Wrike, it's still a win in my book 😁
A great start! Thanks for letting us know.
I'll let you know how the research goes Shawn Flanagan, Stephen Pryke 🙌

Any updates on the status of this integration?
Hi everyone!
I've checked with the team, and for now, the integration isn't added to the Product roadmap. The team is currently researching the Microsoft Teams integration, so please check out the thread mentioned if you're interested to talk to our Product team about the Teams integration.
I'm changing the status to "Not planned" here for now for transparency, but we will continue to pass on your feedback and the vote count here to the team.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts here with us and apologies if this is disappointing news.
Please let me know if there's anything else that I can help you with!

Any updates on the status of this integration?
Lisa Hello! The post you mentioned above, regarding interviews for Microsoft Teams integrations seems to be "completed" since 2021. Since then, is there any chance this topic has made it onto Wrike's roadmap? Would it be possible to have this product feedback item revisited by the development team. It really would be ideal to be able to use the Power Automate tool in MS Teams to trigger some Wrike actions.
I find myself working "reactively" based on my email inbox, and it's a shame that Wrike doesn't have more sophisticated Outlook/Office 365 integrations for us to efficiently manage our work and shift away from the email inbox "to do" list. Thanks!
Hey Michael Hop, Soraya Jung, thank you for bumping this thread. This is not on the roadmap at the moment, but we're hoping to be able to revisit this topic again in the future. We continue passing on your feedback and checking for updates with the team. We'll let you know if there are any changes.

Adding my 2 cents here. This would be an incredible add to our business. Would love to see the integration between Wrike & Power Automate. As of now, the Integrations with a few of MS Tools are limiting the level of automation that's possible if we were able to create a direct integration with Power Automate. Keep us posted on whether we can get this on the roadmap.
Hi Nataly Allimonos, welcome to the Community, and thank you for chiming in here. I've shared your feedback with our team🙋🏻♀️
Hello, i would like to add my vote to this request although i see clear that Wrike is not moving in this direction, probably due to existing relation (and maybe contracts) with Workato. I see comments in this post since 2018 and nothing has changed so i do not expect this to move now.
I will just say that most of the companies work with MS office platform and power automate requires no IT authorization but with Workato this needs to be approved by IT departments.
For sure it is on Wrike team to decide their roadmap but not having a connector on Power Automate is definitely a bad decision and probably will lead to my company leaving Wrike.
I would like to add my vote for a power automate connector. It would make life soooo much easier.
Hi Ignacio Campos and Russell Sprague, thank you for adding your feedback here, it's appreciated.
I know that it's disappointing when a feature you're interested in is not planned, but please be assured that we do share all feedback with the Product team and we have passed this on as well.
Ignacio Campos, I'm sorry to hear that this is an issue for you, I've let your account team know and they'll be happy to discuss with you in more detail if this would be helpful.

It seems every tool these days has an out of the box Asana or Monday connector - Wrike's decision to put that connectivity behind a high cost is not going to end well for them.
I have championed Wrike over Asana for the past 3 years, even though the rest of the org used Asana. It was the better option at the time. That is no longer the case, and a switch is inevitable.
Hello Austin Headley, I'm sorry to hear that this situation is causing such a negative impact on your work. I understand this implementation is very important for you and your team and we would be glad to share the information about your case with your Customer Success Manager so that, in the meantime, you could explore other alternatives to make your work easier.
If you are interested in this option, please let me know. Looking forward to your reply 👍
Adding yet another voice to this mix - this lack of baseline connection is a true detriment to enterprise adoption. And goes hand-in-hand with the rudimentary branching capability in Wrike forms - we must use MS forms for data collection and are currently stuck sending an email to wrike@wrike.com to capture that information in Wrike... clunky at best, not scalable at worst.
Hi Whitney Norton, thanks for adding your voice here and sharing your feedback. It's really helpful and I'm sorry to hear that this is having a detrimental effect for you. Please be assured that although there are no plans for this at the moment, we continue to share all feedback we receive with the team and will be sure to update the thread if there are any changes.
If there's anything else we can help with, please do let me know 👍

I posted my workaround here, but the comment wasn't accepted...was it because I linked to a youtube video?
Elaine do you know why my last comment didn't get approved?
Hi Russell Sprague, we have automatic content filters in place, but the comment you mentioned isn't appearing for me to review. Very odd 🤔 Do you mind trying again?

Just wanted to add my comments on this. My CEO has asked me to look into Wrike interacting with TEAMS via Microsoft flow to add to our controls. I understand and use the current app within TEAMS but will be going back to let him know it's been discussed for the last 5 years and is no further to being implemented. My concern is this will affect our decision when we come to renew.
I'm surprised at Wrike's short-sighted approach to this and hope they do not wait until users vote with their feet.
