Deactivated users
My suggestion is the have 'deactivated' users not count against used licenses.
Other examples of this in the software industry is Salesforce. When a user is deactivated, they stay in the system so that you can keep all record history, and they don't count against used licenses.
The way that Wrike has is set, you must delete all history for a user if you want to use the licenses.
Yes! Totally agree!
Thank you for posting and supporting this suggestion, it will be passed on to the team shortly 👍

I want to bring this topic back up, it has been an annoyance since we started using Wrike, and I don't understand why it works this way. We have team members that will come into a project every six months or so for about a month. That is the only time they are using wrike, so the rest of the time the lisence seat is taken, because itt is a pain to delete them then have them sign up again. Deactivation should release the seat.
Hi Russell Sprague, thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand your concern and will pass your comment along to our team. If there are any changes or further updates regarding this, we’ll be sure to let you know 🙏
