Completedย
Hi everyone,
ย
It's day four of our Holiday Countdown and we are almost at the finish line with the final challenge coming tomorrow! Congratulations to our Day 3 winner Pietro Poli ๐
ย
Today's challenge:
ย
Last year we asked you to share your resolutions for using Wrike in 2022 and received so many inspiring responses โจ
So for this challenge, we'd love to hear your new goals for 2023. Share your resolutions for using Wrike in 2023 in the comments below for the chance to win a $50 Amazon voucher!
ย
One winner will be chosen at random. The full T&Cs for today's competition areย availableย here.
More automatisation. Unfortunately that is not possible in Wrike so we have to programm outside and use the API
To create larger, more interconnected workflows using item types, blueprints and automations to send jobs through multiple departments, then track the flow of those tasks using Wrike Analyze.ย
Develop automation in conjunction with our IT ticketing system.ย The current workflow we have is very cumbersome and involves multiple people touching the same documentation (outside of Wrike) to get anything done.ย
Revamp of blueprints, adding additional blueprints, updating our request form and adding more automation!! We are also working with a few more departments in our company as the word is spreading and more are interested in using Wrike for their areas!
Explore integrations with other tools more thoroughly and expand the use of blueprints and automations. We're 6-ish months into deployment, so there is a bunch to expand on.
To revamp the entire process for our web and digital teams. Update workflows, update blueprints, and add request forms. I also hope to increase communication with the entire company on new Wrike features as they are released.ย
To build out more blueprints and automation, and to consolidate our different teams' workflows and processes to get more consistency across the department
Further streamline and improve processes and communication for our projects.ย Implement additional automations, and explore bug/defect tracking in Wrike.ย
Design and implement org wide processes as we implement Wrike for the first time outside of our team.ย
Our team just got access to the Resource tool and I'd like to become an expert at it so we can have resources work across different projects and allocate resources more accurately. I'd also love to get 100% of the team using and LOVING Wrike like I do :)
Obtain a Product Mastery Bronze certification!
My goals for 2023 with Wrike are:
- finalize the integration between Timelogs in Wrike and our reporting and billing system
- activate ticket management, for our customers, linked to tasks in Wrike
My personal goals for 2023 are:
- Improve my English (written and spoken)
- Reach a grade 6B in climbing
- Work for 1 month (continuously) remotely in a mountain refuge
Wrike Goals
Create blueprints for processes outside of our department that feed into our product cycle.
Update all of our request forms, now that we have improved our product cycle.
So many things to do in 2023
ย
Utilizing more CITs in our space (once some additional features are available) and more automations as they become possible!
Teach more users in our office how to navigate Wrike and appreciate the value it brings as we streamline all of our projects, delegate tasks, and keep each other accountable.
Hi everyone!ย
