Filters in Gantt Chart

TL;DR:

Filters in the Gantt Chart view let you narrow down tasks, projects, or folders by assignee, status, dates, custom fields, and more. Combine filters, use advanced options like relative dates or AND/OR logic, and save presets for later. The chart updates in real time, so you can quickly focus on what matters like overdue tasks, your assignments, or projects at risk.

Filters in Gantt Chart Overview

Filters help you quickly find the tasks, projects, or folders you need in your Gantt Chart view.

Here’s what you can do with filtering:

  • Show only tasks assigned to specific people.

  • Display items with certain statuses, like In Progress or Completed.

  • Filter by date range, so you see only tasks due within a specific timeframe.

Available Filters

You can use a variety of new filters to find exactly what you need in your workspace. Here’s how you can make the most of these options:

Advanced Relative Date Filters

Filter tasks by specific time frames, like the last or next number of days, weeks, months, or years. Choose from:

  • This/Last/Next Day: Filter by today, yesterday, or tomorrow.

  • This/Last/Next Week: See tasks from this week, last week, or next week.

  • This/Last/Next Month: Focus on tasks from the current, previous, or upcoming month.

  • This/Last/Next Year: Filter by the current, previous, or next year.

Tip

When you select a relative date range, Wrike shows the actual calendar dates included. For example, Last Year means the entire previous calendar year, not just the last 365 days.
