TL;DR

Customize the appearance of request forms from the Design tab by adding your organization's logo, adding background, adjusting its display settings, and hiding Wrike branding. This helps create a more personalized and branded experience for respondents.

Overview

This feature is available on paid accounts only. If you'd like to enable it on a trial account, contact Support or your sales rep.

The Design tab allows users to customize the appearance of request forms to create a more personalized and branded experience for respondents. From a single location, admins and authorized users can apply visual elements such as logos, and branding preferences to align request forms with their organization's identity.

How to Access the Design Tab

  1. Start creating or editing a request form.
  2. Click on Design at the bottom to switch to the design tab 1.

  3. The Design tab loads customisation options.

How to Add Logo to Request Form

In the left-hand design panel:

  1. Click the Upload button 1.

  2. Click Add image 2.

    Note

    SVG, EPS, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and BMP files are supported up to 2 MB.

  3. Select the image you want to upload as your logo.
  4. Click Insert 3.

You can customize the Request form logo:

  • Alt text: A short description of the image for accessibility and in case the image fails to load.

  • Size: You can adjust the size of the logo with the following settings S, M and L.

  • Align: You can align the logo with the Left, Middle, Right alignments.

  • Theme: You can switch between light and dark mode.

How to Add a Background to a Request Form

Customize the background of your Request Form to create a branded and visually engaging experience. You can use either a solid background color or a custom background image.

How to Add a Background Color

  1. Select Colour under Background 1.

  2. Choose a color using the color picker 2 or enter a hex code 3.

  3. Review your changes in the live preview.

How to Add a Background Image

  1. Select Image under Background 1.
  2. Click Add image 2 and select an image from your device or from Used in Forms 3 tab.

  3. Click Insert 4.

  4. Click Adjust image 5 to reposition and zoom the image as needed.
  5. Click Save changes 6.

How to Hide Wrike Branding

Note

Hiding Wrike branding is available only for Pinnacle+ customers.

You can hide the Wrike logo in the request form to create a seamless, professional experience and keep your branding consistent.

  1. Click on the Hide Wrike branding button in the left-design panel.

How to Customize Thank-You Email

Thank-You emails are automatically sent to people who submit your form. You can customize your Thank-you email to reflect your branding.

Note

Only people outside your organization will receive this email. Members of your account won’t.

In the left-hand panel in the build tab:

  1. Click on customize email 1.

  2. In the pop-up that appears, you can:

    • Change the Sender’s name 2.
    • Select where to Apply the logo from 3:

      • Account: Account admins can add a logo in account settings.
      • Form: You can add a logo through the design tab.
      • None: You can choose to not add a logo to the thank-you email.
    • Change the Greeting, Message and Closing 4 in the body of the email.
  3. Click Done 5 to save the thank-you email.
