TL;DR

Mass actions let you manage multiple users at once (available on Business, Pinnacle & Apex accounts). Go to Settings > Users, check the boxes next to users, then choose an action from the right panel—like add/move/remove from groups, update work schedule or user type, activate/deactivate, delete, or resend invitations. Some actions are restricted based on user status or permission levels.

Overview

Mass actions on the user management page are only possible on Business , Pinnacle and Apex accounts. All users except External Users, Collaborators, Contributors or Viewers can perform mass actions, though the actions they can select may be limited.

Use mass actions in the User Management section to perform the same action for multiple users at once.
