Downloading And Printing the Gantt Chart
TL;DR
You can download a Gantt Chart as a PDF from both Classic Chart and New Gantt Chart on all paid accounts. The exported file includes only the items currently visible in the view, so apply filters and expand folders or projects before you export. After the PDF is generated, you can save, share, or print it.

All user types (including Collaborators, Contributors or Viewers) on all paid accounts can download Gantt charts.
When you download a Gantt chart, Wrike creates a PDF file that you can save, view, share, and print.
Note
If a task isn't visible on the Gantt chart, it won’t be visible when you download the view. Also, if a folder or project is collapsed, then its tasks aren't visible when you download the view.

Navigate to a folder, project, or space and switch to Gantt Chart 1.

Click the three-dot menu button 2 at the upper right corner of the view.

Select Export chart to PDF 3 from the list.

Click on the link that appears to download a PDF of your Gantt chart from the pop-up 4.

Navigate to a folder, project, or space and switch to Gantt Chart 1.

Click the Try new Gantt Chart button in the upper-right corner of your workspace 2.

Click on the Public sharing icon 3.

Click Export to PDF 4 to export your Gantt chart as a PDF.
Tip

Use filters to adjust which tasks are visible when you download the view. Also, you can select to hide empty folders so they are not visible in your downloaded chart.

Export may take longer for larger projects. Keep this screen open until the download is complete.
After you download the file you can print it from your computer.
