Overview

One-time passwords allow single sign-on (SSO) users, or users with two-step verification enabled, to access Wrike through apps or devices that don't support SSO or two-step verification.

  • One-time passwords are valid for 30 minutes. After that, you'll need to generate a new password.

  • When you log in to an app with a one-time password, you'll remain logged in until you log out of the app, or until you click Revoke all active OTPs on your Profile Settings page.

Note

  • Account admins on Enterprise accounts can disable one-time passwords for their accounts.

  • The one-time passwords option will only be available in the settings if your account has SSO or two-step verification enabled.
