One-time passwords allow single sign-on (SSO) users, or users with two-step verification enabled, to access Wrike through apps or devices that don't support SSO or two-step verification.
One-time passwords are valid for 30 minutes. After that, you'll need to generate a new password.
When you log in to an app with a one-time password, you'll remain logged in until you log out of the app, or until you click Revoke all active OTPs on your Profile Settings page.
Account admins on Enterprise accounts can disable one-time passwords for their accounts.
The one-time passwords option will only be available in the settings if your account has SSO or two-step verification enabled.
Click your profile image in the upper right-hand corner of the Wrike workspace 1.
Select Settings from the drop-down.
Profile opens by default 2.
Scroll to One-Time Passwords.
If you do not see this section it may mean that one-time passwords are disabled on your account.
Click Generate new password 3.
A pop-up with a 16-character one-time password will appear. When you use the password to log in to an app, the name of the app will appear in the list of authorized apps.
When you revoke an app's access, you're logged out of that application (if you logged in using a one-time password).
