Adjusting the Date Range on the Gantt Chart
TL;DR
Adjust the date range on the Gantt chart by zooming in or out of the timeline. You can choose from years, quarters, months, weeks, or days to display your work at the preferred level of detail.

Use the zoom tool on the Gantt chart to increase or decrease the range of dates shown on the timeline.
- Navigate to a selected folder, project, or space and switch to Gantt chart.
- Click the + button in the upper right-hand corner to zoom in and see a smaller date range.
- Click the - button in the upper right-hand corner to zoom out and see a wider date range.
- Click the caret button 1 to select the zoom level: years, quarters, months, weeks, or days.
Tip
You can also double-click the timeline to zoom in and Ctrl + double-click (⌥ + double-click for Mac users) to zoom out.
