Overview

Account admins can add the company logo to email notifications. On Enterprise accounts, this right might be revoked.

You can upload your company's logo to Wrike to make email notifications branded. The logo will be visible in notifications of all account users in the lower-right corner of the emails.

There are a couple of requirements for the image you upload as the email notification logo:

  • Use a PNG, GIF, or JPG file.

  • Maximum file size: 5Mb.

How to add a company logo to email notifications

  1. Click your profile image 1 in your sidebar.

  2. Select Settings 2 from the dropdown menu.

  3. Under Account Management, click Settings 3 in the left panel.

  4. Scroll down to find Company logo in email notifications. Then click Select file 4. Alternatively, you can drag and drop your image into the company logo section.

  5. Choose an image to upload from the dialogue box that appears and click Open 5.

  6. If you want to delete the image and replace it, click on Delete 6 and add a new one.

Note

Ensure your file size meets the requirements, or you won't be able to upload your image.
