TL;DR

Tags help organize items in Wrike beyond the basic structure. Any folder can be tagged to other tasks, folders, projects, or spaces, and tagged items appear in all folders they're tagged in. To tag a folder, go to Table view, click the Folder info icon next to the folder title, then click + to add a tag or X to remove one.

Overview

All users except Collaborators, Contributors, or Viewers can add tags.

Tags are a way to help you organize items in Wrike outside of a basic structure. Folders can be added as tags to any other task, folder, project, or space. The tagged item can be found in all of the folders it's tagged in.

Tasks, folders, and projects are automatically shared with the users who have access to the folder, project, or space where you tag them.

How to Tag Folders
