Deleting Reports

TL;DR

Most users can delete reports they have access to, except Collaborators, Contributors, Viewers, and External users unless role settings allow it. Deleting a report removes it from everyone’s workspace it was shared with. You can undo the deletion for about 15 seconds; after that, it’s permanent.

How to delete:

  • From the Reports list: right-click the report → Delete → confirm.

  • While viewing the report: click the three-dot menu → Delete → confirm.

Overview

All users, except for Collaborators, Contributors, and Viewers, and external users can delete reports they have access to unless their access role restricts it.

Note

On Legacy Enterprise , Pinnacle, and Apex accounts, the types of users who can use this functionality may vary due to user type settings.

When you delete a report, it disappears from your workspace and from the workspaces of all users it's shared with.

Note

Immediately after deletion, a pop-up with the Undo button appears at the bottom of the view. It's displayed for about 15 seconds. If you click the button, the report will be restored. After the pop-up disappears, the report can't be restored.
