Overview

You can undo up to the last 30 actions you've taken on the Gantt chart (i.e., creating a dependency or rescheduling a task).

Undo your actions

You can undo your actions if:

  • Your workspace hasn't been refreshed.

  • You haven't switched to a different folder, project, or space.

To undo:

  1. Click the undo button 1 in the Gantt chart's upper right-hand corner. If the button is grayed out, that means there are no actions available to undo.

  2. Alternatively, use keyboard shortcuts to undo your actions: Ctrl+Z (on Windows) or Cmd+Z (on Mac).

Note

When you make changes, task followers and assignees may receive Inbox and email notifications. When you undo your action, it's considered a separate change and may trigger another notification.

Redo your actions

To redo the canceled action:

  1. Click the redo button 2 in the Gantt chart's upper right-hand corner. If the button is grayed out, that means there are no actions available to redo.

  2. Alternatively, use keyboard shortcuts to redo the canceled action: Shift+Ctrl+Z (on Windows) or Shift+Cmd+Z (on Mac).

Note

Buttons are active until you switch to another view or refresh the page.
