Custom Fields on the Gantt Chart
All users, except for collaborators on Enterprise and Business accounts, can add custom fields to the table portion of the Gantt chart.

Click the gear icon 1 in the table’s upper left-hand corner.

Check the box next to any custom field (or group of fields) you want to see or uncheck the box next to any custom field you want to hide from the drop-down menu 2.
Note that you can only add custom fields that are shared with you.

Click Manage Custom Fields 3.

Click the +Add field button 4.

From the drop-down menu 5 select the needed custom field.

When all the necessary fields are added to the list, click Done 7.

Click the gear icon 1 in the table's upper left-hand corner.

Click Manage Custom Fields 3 from the drop-down menu.

Click the +Add field button 4.

From the drop-down menu, select Create new field 6.

Edit the field name 8, if necessary.

Choose the field type from the list 9.

Select the default aggregation 10 (available only for numeric type custom fields: Number, Percent, Currency, and Duration).

Select where the field belongs to 11. If you have permission to create space-level custom fields, the field belongs to the current space by default. To change that, click the space title and select Convert to account field.

Select where to apply your custom field 12.

Designate the users you want to share the custom field with (this setting is not available for space-level custom fields).

Click Create 13.
To delete custom fields from the table, click the gear icon and uncheck boxes next to custom fields you'd like to remove.
