Changing Users' License Types
Account admins can change a teammate's license type. As an admin, you can make someone a regular user, external user, collaborator, or admin.
Users in Wrike each have a specific license type. This will determine the actions they can complete in Wrike — from simple things like creating a task to altering account settings. Enterprise accounts have the ability to further customize the permissions of certain license types.

Click your profile image in the workspace's upper right-hand corner.

Under Account Management select Users in the left-hand menu 1.

Click the name of the person whose license type you want to change 2.

Click Edit settings on the right-hand panel that appears.

Click the drop-down under License Type and select the appropriate option 3.

Click Save changes. If you're switching someone's license type to or from admin, you'll be asked to enter your Wrike password.
