Saving a Task as a Blueprint
All users except collaborators can create blueprints.
Saving a task as a blueprint allows you to easily use it as a template for future tasks.

-
Navigate to the folder, project, or space where the task is located. In List view, right-click the task.
-
Select Save as Blueprint 1.
-
In the pop-up that appears, enter a name for the blueprint 2 and select the blueprint folder or project where you want to save it 3.
Note
If you don’t select a location, your blueprint will be saved at the top level under Blueprints.
-
Check the boxes of available attributes to indicate which attributes you want to copy from a task to a blueprint 4: description, attachments, assignees, and custom field values.
-
Select whether or not to reschedule tasks and subtasks 5. If rescheduling, set start and end dates.
-
Click Save 6.
