Conditional Launch of Tasks and Projects in Request Forms
Space admins can manage request forms in their spaces. Account admins and owners can manage account-level request forms. On Enterprise accounts, this right can be revoked from account admins.
You can create dynamic request forms that include different questions and change the attributes of the task or project they create based on the answers given.
Normally a request form is set to create or duplicate a task or project. By setting up this option a different task or project can be launched instead, depending on a Single answer or Importance option.

Navigate to the request form builder for the relevant form.

Add a Single answer or Importance question.

Add all the necessary response options.

Click the branching icon
to the right of one of the options.

Select Replace task or Replace project.

In the pop-up that opens:

Select one of the tabs at the top to choose Task/Project type (replaces with a custom item type), Blueprints, or Existing tasks/projects.

Find the relevant item and click on it.

Click the Add action button to add other conditional branching actions to the same answer option if necessary (i.e., creating an approval). When you’re finished making changes to your form, click Publish or Save.
