Space admins can manage request forms in their spaces. Account admins and owners can manage account-level request forms. On Enterprise accounts, this right can be revoked from account admins.
You can create dynamic request forms that include different questions and change the attributes of the task or project they create based on the answers given.
When you create a request form you can set a status, which all tasks or projects it creates will have. However, in a dynamic form, you can trigger a different status if a particular Single answer or Importance answer is selected.
Note
When you create a task through a request form and add it to multiple folders or projects, Wrike assigns the first status from the workflow of the oldest folder or project. The oldest item is the one that was created first and has the smallest ID.
Note
If you change to a status that isn't part of the default workflow, it'll change the workflow of the task or project created.
-
Navigate to the request form builder for the relevant form.
-
Add a Single answer, Multiple answers, or Importance question.
-
Add all the necessary response options.
-
Hover over a response option and select the branching 1 icon
.
-
Select Reset status to 2 from the dropdown.
-
In the pop-up that opens:
-
Choose another status from the default workflow 3.
-
Or hover over All account workflows 4 and select another workflow and status.
-
Click the + Action 5 button to add other conditional branching actions to the same answer option if necessary (i.e., creating an approval). When you’re finished making changes to your form, click Publish or Save.
Note
The workflow selected in the "Set status to" field under "Response settings" will override the workflow set in the Blueprint or in the Existing tasks/projects you chose to replace. To maintain the original workflow from the Blueprint or existing tasks/projects, leave the "Set status to" field empty.
