Conditional Assignees and Project Owners in Request Forms

Table 117. Availability - Legacy plans

Space admins can manage request forms in their spaces. Account admins and owners can manage account-level request forms. On Enterprise accounts, this right can be revoked from account admins.

You can create dynamic request forms that include different questions and change the attributes of the task or project they create based on the answers given.

Add an additional assignee or project owner to your form when a specific Single answer, Multiple answers, or Importance option is selected.

Add conditional assignees and project owners

  1. Navigate to the request form builder for the relevant form.

  2. Add a Single answer, Multiple answers, or Importance question.

  3. Add all the necessary response options.

  4. Click the branching icon Request_Forms-Branching_icon.png to the right of one of the options.

  5. Select Add assignee or Add project owner from the dropdown.

  6. From the list of users that appears, select the user you want to assign as a project owner. If you don't see the user in the list, start typing their name.

  7. Click + and add more users, if required.

Click the Add action button to add other conditional branching actions to the same answer option if necessary (i.e., creating an approval). When you’re finished making changes to your form, click Publish or Save.
