Conditional Assignees and Project Owners in Request Forms

Space admins can manage request forms in their spaces. Account admins and owners can manage account-level request forms. On Enterprise accounts, this right can be revoked from account admins.
You can create dynamic request forms that include different questions and change the attributes of the task or project they create based on the answers given.
Add an additional assignee or project owner to your form when a specific Single answer, Multiple answers, or Importance option is selected.

Navigate to the request form builder for the relevant form.

Add a Single answer, Multiple answers, or Importance question.

Add all the necessary response options.

Click the branching 1 icon

Select Add assignee or Add project owner from the dropdown.
Note
When creating a task or a task from custom item types, you have the option to add an assignee. For projects or project item types, you can designate a project owner who will oversee the entire project.

From the list of users that appears, select the user you want to assign as an assignee or as a project owner. If you don't see the user in the list, start typing their name.

Click + 2 and add more users, if required.
Click the +Action 3 button to add other conditional branching actions to the same answer option if necessary (i.e., creating an approval). When you’re finished making changes to your form, click Publish or Save.
