TL;DR

Stream filters let users view specific updates, such as assigned tasks, followed items, conversations, comments, or all activity, making it easier to focus on relevant information.

Overview

All users, except for Collaborators, Contributors, and Viewers, can filter streams. Collaborators, contributors, and viewers can only hide automatic updates in streams.

In the Activity Stream of tasks, folders, and projects, it's only possible to filter for All updates or Only comments. More filtering options are available in the Global Stream and Stream view.

Available Filters

  • Everything shows all changes and comments on tasks, folders, projects, or spaces shared with you
  • Everything I follow shows the changes and comments on all tasks, folders, and projects that you follow (this is the default)
  • Assigned to me shows the latest changes and comments on tasks that are assigned to you
  • My conversations shows the changes to and discussions about tasks, folders, and projects that you created, updated, or commented on at least once
  • Hide auto updates shows only comments and the history of file attachments.

Select a filter in the right-hand panel of your Global Stream or Stream view, which will be applied immediately.
