Smart Replies and Quick Reactions in Wrike for Android

Table 351. Availability - Legacy plans

Overview

Using Smart Replies and Quick Reactions in Wrike's Android app, you can leave replies to your teammates' comments and react to comments without having to open the tasks.

Smart Replies is a machine-learning feature that analyzes comments and offers you suggested responses that you can use just by tapping them.

Note

Smart Replies is only available in English.

Quick Reactions in the app allows you to add emojis to your colleagues' comments, but it's available in more areas within the workspace compared to the non-mobile version.

Using Smart Replies

Smart Replies displays suggested replies under comments that mention you and that you haven't replied to yet. They're visible in two areas of the workspace:

  • Inbox

  • Task, folder, or Stream

Note

Smart Replies suggestions won't appear under tasks where you can't leave comments due to your access role.

To reply to a comment using Smart Replies, simply tap one of the suggested replies. Wrike will @mention the user who left the comment and add the reply that you tapped into your comment.

If you tap the suggestion from your Inbox, a notification with the Undo button will appear for a short time. Clicking it will delete your Smart Replies comment.
