Any user can print a calendar that they have access to. It is not currently possible to print calendars from the Edge browser or Wrike desktop app.
-
Navigate to the Calendars tab 1 in the sidebar. Ensure you select the desired timeframe (Week, Month, Quarter, Year, or Multi-year) from the menu.
Note
If you can’t see it in the sidebar, click on the More button 2 and select Calendars from the list.
- Check the boxes next to the calendars and layers that you want to print in the left-hand panel 3.
- Click the three-dot menu button 4 in the upper-right corner.
- Select Print calendar 5.
Wrike creates a snapshot of the current calendar and opens it in a separate tab. Your browser’s print dialog automatically opens on top of the snapshot, and you can print the calendar.
Tip
If you need to print a larger calendar where the full length of item duration is shown, you can adjust the scale in your browser printing dialog.
