Running Public Links Access Report
Account owners and admins can run Public Links Access Reports.
Public Links Access Report allows you to see and manage all Calendar public links and Dashboards public links created in the account.

Click your profile image in the sidebar 1.

Select Settings 2 from the dropdown.

Click Access reports 3 in the left panel.

Switch to the Public links 4 tab.
The full list of all calendar public links created in the account opens automatically.

Link 5 column contains public link URLs.

Password 6 columns contain publicly available passwords to access public links.

Link name 7 column displays the name of the public link.

Author 8 column contains the name of the link creator.

Type 9 column contains the type of the public link.

Creation date 10 column displays the date when the link was generated.

Right-click on a row in the report to 11:

Copy the link in that row

Open the link in a separate tab to view the shared calendars and layers

Delete the link

You can review any public links created by your team members in a certain period of time. Just click the Set period 12 button above the table and select the time period in the calendar that appears.

You can also delete several links at a time:

Use the search box to find a specific link, author, or type of public link 13.

Check the boxes to the left of all the links you want to delete 14.

Click the Delete N links 15 button that appears at the bottom of the view.
