TL;DR

To create a time spent report, open the relevant folder, project, or space, switch to Timelog view, and filter by date range. Wrike then shows the time entries logged for that period.

Overview

All users, except for External Users, Collaborators, Contributors, and Viewers, can create a time spent report.

Filtering the Timelog view allows you to create a report on the time your team spent working on a certain project. You can also report on time spent on tasks within a specific folder or space.

How to Report on Spent Time

  1. Navigate to a folder, project, or space 1 where relevant time entries are added.
  2. Switch to the Timelog view. 2
  3. Click the filters icon 3 in the upper-left corner of the view to open the filter panel.
  4. Click Date 4 and specify a date range.

The Timelog view automatically updates to show timelog entries that fall within the specified date range.
