Disabling Guest Reviews for Account

Table 147. Availability - Legacy plans


Overview

Admins on Business Plus and higher accounts, or accounts with Wrike Proof can disable guest reviews. Wrike for Marketers Enterprise account admins can apply additional restrictions to guest reviews.

Disable (enable) guest reviews

  1. Click your profile image in the workspace's upper right-hand corner.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down.

  3. In the left panel click Security. 1

  4. Scroll to the External sharing policy section.

  5. Check the box next to Invite guest reviewers 2 to enable guest reviews on the account. Uncheck this box to disable guest reviews.

  6. Click Save changes.

Advanced security settings

In addition to the ability to prohibit inviting guest reviewers, Enterprise account admins can enable guest reviews but apply granular restrictions to:

  • Make guest reviews password protection mandatory.

  • Forbid guest reviewers from downloading files.

  • Restrict visibility of file versions.

  • Hide account users' comments from guest reviewers.

To apply restrictions:

  1. Click your profile image in the workspace's upper right-hand corner.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down.

  3. Click Security in the left panel.

  4. Scroll to External sharing policy.

  5. Check the boxes next to the restrictions you want to apply. 3

  6. Click Save changes.
