Annual Employee Reviews

Can you suggest some of the best way(s) to gather a summary of everything I've done in Wrike over the course of 2021? To be able to use as an attachment and to support for my End of Year Review with my boss.

Do you mean all the projects and tasks you completed for this year? If so, a dashboard may help using projects widgets that tracks projects and filter the owner or tasks assigned to me widget. I think you can also use custom widget, and choose your name for the assignee. I hope this helps!

You can also use a report - which can be exported and shared with team members that are not in Wrike.  You'd want to just use particular filters to show the different tasks by statuses that you've worked on.  This could also be a Project-based report as well if you are managing projects too!

I would recommend a dashboard or report. You can show up all your tasks you have finished. If you have a good workflow you can filter for tasks that have been sucessfully finished in time, finished in a little bit more time or even were not succesfull. If you work with prios in your workflow (e.g. in custom fields) you can see if you have managed your prio tasks well. I think you can do a lot with dashboard and also with reports but mainly it depends on the workflow you are using.

I have a few saved reports that I update from year to year based on completed projects and/or tasks for that year. If you track the number of projects or something within a custom field (such as effort or hours), you can easily see the aggregated numbers in a report. Then you can download an excel version or send a snapshot.

I would definitely look at a report and then you can export to Excel if needed! Once you setup, you can use year after year! For just a quick look for # of task completed, you can look at the folder and the analytics view but that only going to give you the # of task each person completed.

Support the suggestions by everyone hear. If you have Wrike Analytics, you can create a Productivity Analysis report. Adjust the report to your parameters. We are just starting to dive deeper into Wrike Analytics. I have also utilized Wrike's Tableau connection. There are some nice out of the box dashboards that could be useful.

Definitely echo all the above on utilizing a report within Wrike.

Here's a How-To on subscribing to reports so you get an email and Inbox notification within Wrike.

I would definitely recommend running a report and exporting to Excel if you need to format and tweak anything. You can slice and dice reports so many different ways! We use unique workflows for our projects types (print new, reprint, video, digital, social, etc) so we can sort reports by workflows so we can see how many of the different types of projects we have worked on.
