Changing email notifications for everyone on your Wrike account

Hi! 

I am new to Wrike but I thought I would share a tip my team thought was helpful as we struggled finding a solution to this! I found out while I was going through implementation recently that Wrike Support is able to mass edit default email notification preferences for everyone on your account.

As an account admin, I first tried editing the preferences for everyone myself but I was only able to edit mine. The reasoning behind wanting to change them for everyone is that collaborators were not getting certain emails and it was confusing for them to go in and change their preferences. We also wanted to make sure everyone was getting the same kinds of emails so nothing was missed. 

We simply put in a ticket to Wrike support listing what preferences we wanted checked for everyone on the account. A simple way to have the same kinds of emails going to everyone on your account.

Wow, this is really helpful Courtney! We have initially just been instructing people to set notifications a certain way but would love to make sure everyone has at least the first two notifications checked. Thanks!

Hi, I'm a new Wrike Regular User and I was wondering if I could change the time when I receive the "Daily to do" Reminder. Currently at 02:15 pm. I would prefer 07:30 am. Can I do that change myself or shall I ask my Wrike Admin person to change this setting for our Wrike Account? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hello Madjid Saghir,

Yes, you can change the time on these emails.

  1. Click on your name in the upper right corner of your workspace and choose Profile settings
  2. In the left navigation column, choose Email Preferences
  3. Scroll down to the Regular Notifications section of the page, where you can set the schedule for your notification emails
