Folder workload view - option to save filters

We would like to be able to save filters (for specific teams, people, groups) in the workload views on the folder.  Is there a way to have workload as the default view with a "saved" filter showing only the assignees that you want to see?

We have recommended that our users set up dashboards to see only their team members or direct reports as assignees; however, doing this means that you lose the gantt chart view for the workload, because that is not available in dashboards.

This would be great, we use workflow view a lot and having to set it up every time is a hassle...

+1 for for old suggestion!!!

Our use case: We're a fairly small company with a small Agile Marketing team. We want to spend our time planning and creating meaningful work, not assigning hours to tasks to take advantage of the Workload feature. So on our Kanban Board (set up as a project), I added the Workload view thinking it would be an easy way to at least visually see what everyone is working on and the duration (it's easy for us to spot overload this way). However, EVERYONE on our Wrike account (like 80 people) show up on this view and I only want to see 15 of those people. I can filter it down to those specific people but the problem is that I can't SAVE my filter nor can I save the Workload as a custom view (the latter would be preferred). This is where I wish the functionality was more consistent all across the platform. Hoping this is on the Lightspeed roadmap... :)

Hi Daisy Hibbard, thank you for sharing your use case with us. You can save your filters as a preset in your Resources View:

Hi Juan M. M., thanks for the suggestion, but we're not using hours allocation so the Resources tab is not helpful for our use case. The Workload tab is much more helpful for seeing how many tasks/subtasks are assigned to each person and the overlap of dates to get a visual high-level view of the team's capacity.

Hi Daisy Hibbard, thank you for the additional details! You can save your filters as a preset in your Workload Chart as well:

As for the option to make this a default view, I'm afraid this is not possible because Workload Charts are not a view in Wrike but a separate feature.

Also, I assume you are aware of this option, but you can select the users you want to include in your account and not all users who are part of your account. These settings appear in the chart builder:

May I ask you to elaborate more in detail on how accessing your Workload Charts is cumbersome for you and your team so I can better understand your case or open a ticket on your behalf with our Support Team so one of our specialists can assist you with this?

Looking forward to your reply!
