Ask reviewer to pick from multiple design options
Hello,
We are an internal creative department and regularly provide our marketing team designs to review that have more than one design option for the same project. Right now we provide a multi page PDF with all the different designs in it to choose from, then post in the task messages they need to choose a design. This has created issues because not everyone reads the notes, so many times the Marketing team doesn't know to look at all the designs given.
My question/request is there a way in the approval/review process to make them choose a design and tell them there are multiple options to pick?

Hi Rebecca Eller, welcome to the Community! Thank you for sharing your case with us. May I ask if you are already using our proofing feature in your process?
It seems that in this case setting approvals could solve the issue you describe. You could upload your designs separately and start an approval for each of them. Users will have to approve the design they want to choose and reject the others. Also, they have to option to suggest changes to the designs.
Would that help? Additionally, you can create an automation rule to, for instance, @mention the assignees and provide them with additional instructions. E.g: "Please, note that multiple designs have been uploaded to this task. Kindly check all of them and pick the one you like the most", or similar.
