As we continually aim to improve your experience with Wrike, we're embarking on a new venture: expanding our automation integration rules - and we need your help! ๐
We're eager to understand which other tools you frequently use alongside Wrike, and which you'd like to see connected to our platform. The integration can include automation rules like these:ย
- "When an item is created in Wrike, create an event in Google Calendar."ย
- "When an item's status changes to Approved, post a message to MS Teams channel."

Just for clarification. Is this about one-way traffic (from one app to another) or about syncing? Is this about the current Automation rules in Wrike or is this about Wrike Sync?
Hi Karen, this is about automation rules with different tools - so mostly one-way traffic. If you have a need for syncing between Wrike and another tool don't hesitate to mention it in the survey or describe your use case here. We also want to learn about those!

I would say the most requested integration on our end is with Slack and email. People would like to have more control and configuration over what notifications or items are sent to Slack or email, specifically when they are mentioned in comments, or when specific data or custom fields change on an item.ย

Creating a MS Teams meeting from Wrike has been a big request from my team.ย So the automation connection would need the date and duration of the meeting as well as title and description.ย For attendees, it could use the task assignees, but would also need a spot for additional attendees that are not Wrike users.
Having a connection between the chat in the Teams meeting and the stream on a task as well as files would be great too.ย
A connection with MS Loop would be amazing.ย There has been a lot of interest in Loop within our company and many are using it for note taking.ย ย
I know we are talking one way connections here, but some connection with Outlook calendars and the Calendars in Wrike would be nice.ย I get a lot of questions like "can I send my tasks to my Outlook calendar"ย I saw the new Outlook event action in Automation, but I haven't had the chance to try it out yet.

Hi Russell Sprague, thank you for your comment. In today's Weekly Release Notes we've announced a native integration in Automation that allows you to create Outlook Calendar events. Would you please let us know if this feature could be helpful for you?ย
