Downloading Attachments From Wrike

TL;DR

In Wrike, you can download one, multiple, or all attachments from a task, folder, or project. Hover over a file to download it, select several files and click Download, or use the three-dot menu to choose Download all. You can do the same in Files view and the Files dashboard widget.

Overview

In Wrike, you can easily download one or multiple attachments from your tasks, folders, or projects.

How to Download Files

To download individual attachments, hover over the name of the attachment and click the arrow icon Attachments_-_Download_attachment_icon.png that appears to the right. Alternatively, you can:

  1. Open the task, folder, or project with the attachments you'd like to download.
  2. Right-click the attachment (located under the description field).
  3. Click Download 1.

Tip

It’s possible to download files in the same way from Files view, as well as from the Files dashboard widget.

To download multiple files, check the boxes 2 to the left of the file names and click Download 3. This appears on the panel above the attachments.

To download all attachments:

  1. Open the task, folder, or project with the attachments you'd like to edit.
  2. Click the three-dot menu icon 1 above the list of attachments.
  3. Select Download all 2.

Tip

You can download all files shared with you within one folder, project, or space. To do so, switch to Files view, select all the files, and click Download on the panel above the list of files.
