Loving the filters that came to Smart Folders!
It does feel like one is missing though - the "first" page of Blueprints! Do we know if/when filters will come to the Blueprints "homepage"? For now, we have dozens of folders (one per team to house their blueprints on the account level). We can't leverage any filtering on this first section and have to go in each folder, one by one, if we want to try to narrow some work down.
Will there be a Deminar on the AI-Assistant?
Also doesn't this go against the whole "Ask AI" Feature?
Nice updates, especially the new filter possibillites!
Time to get under the hood again and see what we can use!
That’s awesome, thank you for continuing to improve the platform! 🙌
Hoping one of the next updates brings even more inclusivity with support for right-to-left (RTL) text direction in comments and titles. It’s already available in descriptions, so extending that functionality would make a big difference for users working in RTL languages. ❤️
Appreciate all the progress so far!
Thank you, everyone, for your feedback and comments! 😊
Anna Giacobbe: New filters are enabled throughout the application for all smart folders, including Blueprints. Could you please perform a hard refresh and see if you’re able to see the filters? Let me know how it goes!
Florian Gascho: Let me check this internally and get back to you! 👍🏽

Hi Basudha Sakshyarika,
Thanks for the reply, however the first page of blueprints (Blueprints overview section) where we have team folders is not registered as Table view (not an option). That means I have to go in over a dozen folders to filter on any given parameter when it would be super helpful if we can search/filter from the first page!
Once we click into any of the below folders, we get different view options and can leverage the filters, but it would be helpful to have Table view (and therefore the new filters) enabled even at the overview level to be able to make quick and efficient changes across the account blueprints.
Hello, the new filters are great. We practiced a bit with them and love them.
We realized they work based on tasks. If we change documents within the task, functions like date-range do not work (if we don't change anything else within the task e.g. status). Do you plan on adding changes with the document editor?
Cheers
Hi Felix Stangl,
I recommend leaving a comment and mention @followers if an attachment has been changed. Others won't notice your update otherwise.

Hey Anna Giacobbe 👋🏼
Thank you for the additional information and the screenshot. I checked again, and the new filters in Blueprints work as expected on my end. I am looping in our support team to take a look at this on your end and advise further. Someone will reach out to you soon. Thank you! 😊

Hey Felix Stangl! 👋🏼 Welcome to Wrike Community! 🎉
Yes, that's correct—the filters in Table view work based on task-level attributes (or other item types). Furthermore, there are currently no plans to make changes to filters for the document editor. However, you can follow what Florian Kislich suggested above and mention @followers when there’s a change to the attachment. Hope that helps. Thank you! 😊

Hey Florian Gascho 👋🏼
To answer your question: The MCP server is designed for admins who manage company AI portals. Some customers have security guidelines that do not permit them to sign our AI addendums, which are necessary to activate Ask AI. For those customers, connecting their AI Assistants to their Wrike data via the MCP server is a solution.
Since the MCP server acts as middleware between Wrike and the customer's AI Assistant, we are not planning to hold a Deminar. I hope this helps. Please feel free to let me know if you have any follow-up questions. Thank you! 😊

Hi Basudha Sakshyarika!
Thanks for looping in support.
I'm confirming that I see the filters when I dive into a specific Blueprint folder, but the overall first page of Blueprints does not allow for filtering. Support even confirmed this:
I will be passing feedback along to them directly.
Cheers!
Hi Anna Giacobbe, I can see that support team has confirmed filtering for account-level Blueprints is available in the new Table View. You should have access now. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks! 😊

Basudha Sakshyarika Hey! Thanks for following back up - indeed, now that we have fully removed List View from our account, the Smart Folders like the account-level blueprint overview one has been replaced with Table View :) There is, however, an issue with this overview page, but Support is currently investigating for me.
