- Timesheet Approvals - Available for Enterprise Pinnacle Accounts 🚀
Timesheet Approvals are now out of Wrike Labs and available for all Enterprise Pinnacle accounts 🥳 With this feature, you can simplify your monthly billing and payroll by reviewing and approving team timesheets. Approved entries are locked weekly, preventing modifications and ensuring precise data for reporting and finance.

- Copy Custom Views Updates 🔥
You may remember that we recently introduced the ability to copy custom views from another location. Now, we're launching more updates to enhance this functionality:
-Copy custom views to other locations (up to 30 locations)
-Copy custom views to all top-level subprojects and subfolders (up to 1000 locations)
Also, this feature is now available on all plans with Custom Views.
We’re excited to share the latest updates to the Wrike mobile apps with you. Here’s a sneak peek at the new features we've just launched:
-Pin Your Calendar Tool for Easy Access:
Now you can pin any of your calendar tools right to the Pinned section of the app! Access your key schedules and timelines with just a tap, making project management smoother and more efficient.
-Expand or Collapse Items in Table View:
Navigating complex data in Table view is now a breeze! With options like "Expand All", "Collapse All," and "Expand Next Level" in the SubItems menu, you can easily switch between detailed data views or summaries as needed.

Is there any way to turn the time sheet approval function off?
Timesheet approval is useless and confuses people.
Furthermore peolple asked me today why their timesheets is filled up with old tasks which are already completed. That was the moment I recognized this new "possibility".
Why do you implement such things without notice? This does not add trust to Wrike, but only makes work.
Hey Sven Passinger! Alina from Product team here. Thank you for your the feedback! Could you please elaborate on your team's usage? Do you require a time approvals process in your team? If yes, how do you organize it today? If no, I would appreciate learning about your use case more: based on your comment it seems like your team does utilize timesheets.
For the prefill function, we see that many people report lack of ability to fetch items they worked on but already completed this week. But I understand the importance of personal tools customization! You can simply toggle off the setting to adjust the list to the preferred setup in 1 click as prefill logic has always remained automatic.

I've had to reach out to my team to let them know that we are not using the approvals feature and to just ignore it. Unfortunately, Wrike assumes that approvers are responsible for specific people and not the tasks in specific projects.
The Wrike database, because it can't cascade data from parent to child tasks, is completely unaware of which of our tasks belong to which project managers, so I'm not expecting time approvals to be useful anytime soon.
In addition to Stephen Barnecut comment, every time all approvers will get notification every time a user submits a timesheet. We have 40+ approvers, & 100+users, this certainly doesn't work.
Timesheets globally from different softwares are configured in a way that only People Managers can approve for there respective team members & not on role basis, where anyone with approver access can approve anyone's timesheets

- If the person has permission to approve time, and if they actually started with Approvals view, they will have notifications on. However, people who did not start with Approvals view won't.
- To filter out people or groups from which you would like to receive notifications on timesheets submission, filter the view by people. Notifications will automatically adjust to be sent out to you only when the selected people or groups submitted their timesheets.
- To disable notifications, simply toggle them off.
At the same time, there are 2 types of notifications people with approver permission will receive regardless, if notifications are enabled (so that approvers stay informed):For more information on how Timesheet Approvals feature works, please visit our Help Center article and let us know if there are any questions left.

Hi Alina Kucherenko I understand the options for filtering, but expecting multiple Project managers to make these filters & expecting consistencies, (Project manager - user relationship changes from Project to Project), any specific reason why we are not looking for 1to1 approver relationship like market standards
