In Workload or Resources, you can now switch to Weekly or Monthly view to enter Flexible effort per week or per month respectively.

Simply enter the desired number followed by the % symbol. For example, to set up 50% Daily effort just enter 50%.

If your team works less (or more) than 8 hours per day but you still want to estimate their effort in %, you can use Flexible effort. Just open date picker and enter the desired number with % symbol for each person. The effort will be recalculated based on the actual user capacity. 

 

We are consolidating our view offerings to enhance your experience and remove redundancy. Classic Views will be phased out later this year, and by the end of Q3 2024, Custom Views will become the default for project and folder creation. All existing Classic Views will automatically convert to Custom Views by the end of 2024, and we will simplify the terminology to just "Views" in the product.
