Feature Updates
- Timelog View - PDF Export ⏰
Before: Timelog view could only be exported in Excel format.
Now: It can also be exported as a PDF. Just click Export in the toolbar and select PDF ✔️
- Reports in Spaces 🚀
Reports in spaces are now released!
You can attach reports to spaces and edit reports together. Multiple users can manage a report if they have a full, editor, or space admin access role.
Access roles for reports are assigned in the same way as with other tools, either inherited from a space (if the user is a space member) or assigned when sharing the report directly.

- Workload Charts - Monthly View out of Wrike Labs 📈
Monthly View in Workload charts that allows zooming by month, rather than just days or weeks is now out of Wrike Labs! 📦
- Stream - Changes to Drag and Drop Visuals 💬
A new highlighted box appears when dragging and dropping files into task view, both with the new and old stream. It shows where files can be dragged to clearly, and highlights the name of the file being added.
A new dialogue box also appears when uploading showing the file name and an option to Cancel all uploading files.
Please note: these changes don't apply to projects.
- Reports - New Columns Added 📊
We've added new columns to our Reports. Now when creating a task or project-based reports you can add four more columns: Actual/Planned Fees and Actual/Planned Costs. When creating a timelog based report you can add four more columns as well: Actual fees/costs, Export status, and Lock
Please note: this is available only on Wrike for Professional Services and WfPS Performance accounts.
Additional note: if a user doesn’t have access to the financial information, they won’t see these columns.
Fixes
- Reordering Homepage Causes Revert to the Classic Navigation
When someone re-ordered the sections of the My Home page (for example moving Recent above Spaces) the page was refreshing and reloading the Classic Wrike Experience instead of the New one. It's been fixed - after reorder there's no refresh now and the only thing changed is the section order 👍

Hello, is this release actually released ? Can't see any of this in Wrike for now ;) ?
Just the "Reports" item does not work properly (yet).

Everything works fine, just the actual/planned fees/costs are still not available. This is what I was referring to in my previous comment. Do we need a special feature/option in WRIKE?

That's an excellent question! 😄
The financial fields (Actual/Planned Fees and Actual/Planned Costs) are part of the Budgeting feature available on accounts with Wrike for Professional Services (WfPS) and Wrike for Professional Services Performance subscriptions.
Some users of WfPS and WfPS Performance accounts still might not see these financial fields depending on their level of access to financial data.
