Ghost Unread Notifications in Inbox
There were ghost notifications (a number would appear indicating a change, but there was no new notification) in some Inboxes. Fixed! And we didn't even have to call Venkman, Stantz, Spengler, and Zeddemore.
This is great news for us all.ย Is there a date scheduled for when we can reassign job roles to individuals on a mass scale from a Blueprint?ย We are very keen to have this in place for all our future projects.
For example we have a blueprint developed for new products and assigned job roles to the tasks.ย To reassign to an individual is then is a laborious task to assign each task individually.

It's currently possible to use mass editing in blueprints! When you need to reassign tasks that were previously assigned to a job role, the new assignee will be added as an assignee but the job role will remain as an assignee as well.

Apologies there is some confusion here.ย I am aware of reassigning chosen tasks and reassigning them.ย I am looking to assign the job roles to tasks in a blueprint.ย Then reassign from the job roles to individuals.ย For example all the tasks relating to a product manager would be reassigned to the individual and not the role when creating from a blueprint.
Below shows a project phase with a couple of roles established.ย 1st Capture is the what is created from the blueprint.
2nd is mass edit which then makes the role icon disappear so we cannot determine which task is for which role.ย Which is a hindrance to mass edit.
Ideally we would like to reassign all "established roles" and reassign to the individual.ย What would be the easiest for us is to have the Switch Assignee's function which would switch from the role to the individual as per below capture.
Ideally, we would create from Blueprint and the system ask you (like a form) whom the product manager is, whom the design engineer is etc.

It's currently not possible to re-assign tasks from job roles to individuals in the way that you have described in your comment.
I'd suggest making this a post in the Product Feedback forum suggesting this as a future feature! Once the post reaches 60 upvotes our Product team will be able to provide you with a status update on this as a possible feature of Wrike ๐
Will it be possible to add job roles as Assignees in Dashboard widgets?
It would be very useful to be able to find tasks not yet assigned to individual.
I can assign user groups to tasks, and I can create a dashboard widget and filter by user group as assignee, and a s a result see tasks that are assigned to members of the group.
I can also add job roles to tasks (via blueprints, for example), but I can't filter by job role as assignee in dashboard widgets.
In the screenshot below, I have selected our user group Aste, but I can't select our job role "SP Aste".
