- Email Communication With Non-Wrike Users - New Release! ๐ฌ
This feature is a native email integration that allows Wrike users to communicate with people outside of Wrike by receiving and sending emails directly from Wrike tasks to external email addresses. It has been released to all accounts on Business subscription and up.

- Wrike - Multiple UI Updates ๐
It's possible you've noticed some UI updates during the last week or so.
-Inbox: we've changed the color we use to highlight the name of the person who sent you the notification. It was blue before and now it is black.
ย ย -Left-hand navigation panel: you might see some difference as well when you open any space. Now you can hide and expand a list of tools and a list of projects/folders within the space for easier navigation. The look and feel have also slightly changed.

-Calendars: public links button in Calendars moved under the three-dot button.

- New Board View - Displaying Date-Related Info on Task Cards ๐
Users now can add/remove Start date and Duration from the cards on the new Board view using the Fields menu.

Please note that the New Board View is available on all accounts created after June 29th, 2022.ย
๐ It's frustrating to see trivial changes like the colour of a font being progressed when important things like half day holidays etc. are left untouched for years!
I agree with Greg above. We have long complained about the lack of 1/2 day PTO option to no avail.
But in relation to this weeks gratuitous UI fixes, re: inbox updates, we have also long complained about how if you have a tab open, and are notified on that task, you will not see this notification as new in your inbox, even if you are in a different tab. Our team keeps multiple tabs open a day as they work and this leads to a lot of missed messages due to lack of notification. These UI "fixes" do not help the daily workflow.

We have been waiting on this one for a long time. We use forms submitted from outside (non-Wrike) users and always had to follow up respond by opening and sending a separate email. This saves us a bunch of time.ย Thank you!ย
Sounds like we need no Outlook anymore in cause of "Email Communication With Non-Wrike Users - New Release!" ๐
